Not directly related to this drugs.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
As I have given almost all possible side effects of respective drugs individually but none of this medicines (except long term use of cremaffin) might cause painful cracks over feet and palms.
Painful cracks over feet and palms could be due to vitamin A deficiency or other fat soluble vitamins which may be related to long term use of laxatives or purgatives.
As supradyn is also in the list which contains vitamin A along with all other important vitamins and minerals. So,one can continue using supradyn.
Regards,

Do regular follow-up at cardiologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
In case of angioplasty, one must take this medicines according to his other medical conditions but the important thing is to take regular follow-up to your cardiologist or physician and should undergo some tests at regular intervals like ECG,PT with INR,etc.
Wishing a good health.
Regards,
