What Are The Side Effects Of Rinifol Dry Syrup, Atarax And Emigo Oral Solution?

Question: My baby is 13 months old. He had fever 102-F from the night of 10.03.2014, which repeated after six to eight hours intervals. His doctor prescribed the medicines MOXCLAV BD 228.5 mg, XXXXXXX Junior for cough & cold (both 5ml-2 times a day) and KAYSLIDE MP, if fever occurs. After giving these medicines, fever has completely gone on 13.03.2014 but there are some red occurs on his forehead which spreads to whole body. His doctor says after examination that it is Measles. The doctor now prescribed the medicines- RINIFOL Dry Syrup, ATARAX and EMIGO Oral Solution. Now, I am worried about the side effects of these medicines. Please suggest, is it safe for my baby ?
