I understand your concern.
This Medicine contains Sildenafil which is used for erectile dysfunction, pulmonary arterual Hypertension commonly.
This drug should not be used regularly. It should be used only by people who have no cardiac issues.
People having cardiac problems are prone to get anginal pains on taking this Tablet.
Most commonly seen side effects are snuffing of nose, headache, chest pain, flushing, increase in heart rate causing palpitations.
If used for erectile dysfunction, we usually advise to start with 25 mg dose only. 100mg dose is very high. Should definitely be avoided.
Long term daily use is not recommended for erectile issues.
It is used only on as on when required basis for erectile dysfunction.
I would again emphasize that this Medicine should be used under guidance of a doctor only.

Thank you very much doctor. I used suhagra 50 mg once in a month while having sex with my girl friend bcaz of long sex drive . from last one year I am doing this. I get any health problem takeing 1 tab in month ?

I don't advise its use even once a month. Now you will ask the reason. The reason is that currently you are using it with your girl friend because you are having sex just once a month. Once you get married, you will have sex on almost daily basis. Then will you be taking this drug on daily basis??
