Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern. These both Medicines belong to anti epileptic class. Both of them has its own side effects and it's not that everyone gets the all side effects. It depends from person to person. So, it's difficult to say that you will have more side effects from which one. In general Oxeyol is better tolerated then Tegretol.
