Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Since you are on Insulin therapy, personally i won't recommend it to you for diabetes control.
This drug is not very helpful in treating patients with XXXXXXX diabetes mellitus. I use this drug in patients who have impaired glucose tolerance or Pre Diabetes.
Moreover, if a person is already on insulin, there is no point in adding an extra drug for you.
Since insulin alone if taken in perfect and proper doses can alone control blood sugar.
As far as your query is concerned, i have mentioned the side effects to you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
If due to any reason you are unable to take insulin, even then Cycloset is not going to help you as it is not going to help you with such high requirements of insulin.
In case such condition arise, you must go for Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs.
Going only with Cycloset is not going to help you.
This is my best opinion for you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
