Brief Answer:
male pattern baldness is the rule
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXxX
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Testosterone is very accurately controlled by body's feedback mechanisms.
External excess supply is not advisable because it will reduce the baseline secretion in the body once the excess levels are sensed.
Hair loss is the rule rather than exception with steroid therapy.
You may have deranged liver functions, abnormal blood clotting and hypertension as other adverse effects.
Some patients also get liver nodules.
In nut shell exercises are the beat way to carve out the fitness of your choice.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.

Thank you for the reply
I am not asking about the steroid testosterone therapy but natural testosterone boosters which have natural occurring ingredients like fenugreek
Zinc magnesium etc do they have the same side effects or any other side effects. Eagerly waiting for your reply
Thanks

Brief Answer:
no benefits
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
The purportedly reported testosterone facilitators herbs and salts have been in use as well being remedies for ages but largely remain unproven modalities.
Be it fenugreek, calcium magnesium aspartate or some other product, despite fat promises by alternative therapists, the actual performance has been dismal.
Earlier when I was not a doctor I have myself used kilos of fenugreek at a stretch, did not find any benefit of building muscles or well being.
I hope your query has been answered.

Thank you for the honest answer
I am planning to take norateen heavyweight supplement. Below are the ingredients of the supplement
Fenugreek
Beta ecdysterone
Mucuna pruriens
I just want to know if there are any serious side effects of taking such a supplement like the ones mentioned by you with testosterone therapy.
Can I get hair loss or less testosterone production after I stop using it.
I will really appreciate your reply on this
Thanks

Brief Answer:
natural does not guarantee safety
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome back.
Ecdysterone is a naturally occurring steroid hormone that resembles testosterone but has not been found to be effective for anabolic purposes.
Same is true of other contents.
There are very scarce data about efficacy, adverse effects and dose range.
Better use these things minimally and under the guidelines of manufacturer.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.

Brief Answer:
Monitor advised parameters atleast 6 monthly
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Testosterone agonism brings hair loss.
As I indicated these products are of unproven efficacy. So if no effect then no side effects.
Natural origin of a molecule does not guarantee gold standard of safety so remain cautious while using such products.
Keep a record of hair density, body weight, ankles circumference, LFT and Ultrasound of whole abdomen and a physician check up for findings and blood pressure check up which may shoot high.
I hpe my advise will be helpful and informative for you.
