What Causes Elevated CPK Levels?
1. There has been NO trauma.

3. No statin medicines.
Reason for ADH hormone deficiencies? Mine is below 1.

Thank you
CPK ADH
Detailed Answer:
CPK can be elevated in several other situations such as
1 Under active thyroid (hypothyroidism)
2 Cushings syndrome (excess steroid hormone levels in the body)
3 Motor neuron disease
4 In certain ethnicities such as XXXXXXX Americans
5 Certain manual labor occupations – This is particularly true among those jobs that involve vigorous upper extremity use or constrained postures
6 Idiopathic – No explanation is found despite thorough investigation, including muscle biopsy, and weakness does not develop during subsequent follow-up
7 Macro CK – Macro CK usually occurs in healthy individuals without evidence of muscle disease
Regarding your second question: reason for ADH deficiency.
If there is significant damage to the posterior pituitary which is the source of ADH, then ADH levels will be low. Reasons for damage can be trauma or surgery to the pituitary or hypothalamus area of the brain, or a tumor/ infection in that area.
But endocrinology is a complex science and experts have realized that unless there are signs and symptoms suggestive of ADH deficiency, it is not advisable to check the blood levels. This is particularly important because not all labs can process the ADH sample correctly. It requires finesses and correct storage. Besides, when there is true ADH deficiency a syndrome called Diabetes Insipidus develops in which the affected individual passes a lot of urine and is continuously thirsty. Often the blood sodium levels rise too.

Detailed Answer:
I suggest you see a Rheumatologist to evaluate potential causes of CPK elevations.
CPK and ADH have no connection.
Sometimes nutritional and vitamin supplements which are not regulated as well as prescription medications can be harmful especially when inadvertently consumed in high quantities.
Check with your doctor which ones are really necessary
