What Are The Side Effects Of Using Lupin Drops?
Question: Im unable to breath properly , im using lupin drops , can i use these nasal drops or do this drops have any side effects

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having difficulty in breathing. I would like to you ask few more details.
Is there any post nasal drip (sinus secretions tricking back into throat) ?
Is your nasal blockage associated with head-ache. ?

As per your clinical details, it (nasal obstruction) occurs to be due to severe form of cold or sinus infection.
I suggest you to follow the measures, to overcome your nasal blockage.
1. Continue same drops 3drops/3time/7 days. Use it for a total of 7 days only. Do not go beyond that usage. Usage of nasal decongestant drops (xylometazoline-lupin) for prolonged duration can cause drying, rhinitis medicamentosa (causes nasal obstruction) and local absorption causes hypertension. Other side effects like glucoma or prostate problems.
2. steam inhalation.
3. Anti-allergic medication like tab.CITRIZINE 10mg one tab at bed time.
In case of persistence, need ENT evaluation to rule out other causes.
