Brief Answer:
Feco oral contamination

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hepatitis A is mostly transmitted through feco-oral route . this means that you ingest drinks or food contaminated by feaces of an infected person ( for example someone who handled or served your food or drinks without washing their hands after going to toilet) . it is less likely to be transmitted through having sex with an infected person or eating shellfish contaminated with the virus
the symptoms include fever, fatigue and jaundice which is yellow discoloration of skin and eyes. symptoms also include abdominal pain, naseau and diarrhea
there is no specefic treatment as your body will clear the virus away on its own in an interval of average 6 months
the management include resting you body by staying away from excretion and resting your liver by staying away from alcohols and unnecessary medications
treatment of the symtoms include an antidiarrheal as Imodium for diarrhea if present and an antipyretic as paracetamol for fever if present
I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications please close the discussion .
