Question: Yes I have been reading the symptoms online line concerning adult ADHD and I fit most of them. I work in Real Estate and have been putting off calling my clients due to how I feel and forgetting to order important things to get properties closed. I feel I need medication but didn't want to go to psychiatrist. I talked to my Dr. and he feels like medication would help me and told me a psychiatrist to go to and I tried but they had retired and moved out of the area. Is there a way to get letter online? Though you have made self diagnosis, better to confirm it by professional.
Diagnosis can be done by detail history taking and mental status examination by a psychiatrist.

Treatment of ADHD includes medicines like atomoxetine and methylphenidate as well as psychotherapy and behavior therapy. They are strict prescription drugs and not available on online without legal prescription of a doctor/psychiatrist.
Even they have side effects. If you take a drug with prescription of a doctor, it is better. Your doctor can help you immediately if some serious side effect or adverse reaction occurs.
And last but not the least online prescription is not valid through this forum. Sorry for the limitation.
