Other symptoms may include low grade fever, mucus or blood in the stool, loss of appetite.
Left untreated this can cause serious problems requiring hospitalization.
It does manifest in some cases after taking antibiotics.
If you have watery diarrhea after completing a course of antibiotics it would be best for you to see a doctor and be tested specifically for C. difficile.
