ive been with one woman basically for 17 years. Had an encounter with someone a couple times between middle of April to middle of XXXXXXX Biggest mistake of my life!!
I think my life is over. No medication, no one has looked at this I'm pretty sure it a genital wArt

It appears to be like seborheic keratosis or wart.
You can consult your doctor for further management.If needed investigations and biopsy can be done after discussion with your doctor.
Just clean tip of penis with warm water twice daily. Do not over clean.

If no symptoms and present for long time then it is likely due to seborheic keratosis or wart.
Duration, symptoms like pain , pus or fluid discharge is not clear.If symptoms are absent then more likely seborheic keratosis
You may need a excisional biopsy for diagnosis and management.
