Question: Please tell me what the top symptoms are for head, neck and mouth cancer? Also what are the symptoms of sinus cancer?

Thanks for posting the query.

There are various head and neck cancers which presents with varied symptoms.

Oral cavity cancers present with growth over the tongue or buccal mucosa or the lips. Laryngeal tumors present with hoarse voice, while pharyngeal tumors start with sensation of lump in the throat. Upper esophageal tumors presents with difficulty in swallowing food.

lymphomas behave in a slightly different manner. It starts with low grade fever, lymph nodes in the neck and altered blood counts.

Sinus cancers present with bleeding from the nose, swelling over the sinus cavities, nasal block, headache, loss of smell, hearing loss, etc.
