Brief Answer:
Possible cardio-vascular event;go to ER if no improvement in next 2 hours..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

In your age, heaviness in chest associated with extra heart beat in the lower throat area should be taken seriously as they might be sign of possible heart disease.

I highly recommend to:
- monitor your blood pressure
- take more rest
- have your meal if you skipped it
- take anti-inflammatory medication (ibuprofen or paracetamol)

If no improvement within a couple of hours, then, should go to ER for immediate evaluation and treatment.
