Brief Answer:
No specific treatment , no complications

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear User ! Thank you for using HealthCareMagic.
I read your question.
Hepatitis A it's a viral infection of the liver ( hepar -hepatitis ) and the symptoms are :
-Nause , vomiting
-Abdominal pain /discomfort in your lives area.
-loss of appetite, weakness.
-Yellow skin /eyes
-dark urine / clay colored bowel movement.
- joint pain..
The typical transmission of hepatitis A is what we call fecal -oral , means that you have consumed food , water that is contaminated with hepatitis A ( I'm the food there is bowel movement or urine from a person that cerries Hepatitis A ) , other transmission -Being closse with a person that is infected ( sexual contact).
Usually no specific treatment is needed for this type of Hepatitis , your body will recover by itself .
Just rest, avoid alcohol , fatty food , stay hydrated its important , take a pracetamol .
No long -term complications are reported , your liver will recover completely.

Hope you find these helpful.
Let me know if you have any further clarifications, I will be happy to help.
Take Care !
