Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Being a young healthy lady, I don’t understand why you are thinking of extreme diagnosis. The symptoms you have are not suggestive of ovarian cancer.
Since when you have this pain? What do you do to get rid of pain? Does it subside with stopping of period bleeding? Do you have any intrauterine devise fitted?
There are several causes for such type of pain. Few common causes that can cause such pain in your age group are pelvic infection, endometriosis, benign ovarian cyst or endometrial polyp.
The increased frequency of urination that you have can still be due to urinary tract infection.
For a patient with similar complaints in my clinic,
I would first do an internal examination to see if there is any tenderness in the fornices. If present it would strongly suggest endometritis (infection). It will also allow me to evaluate for the presence of endometriotic teder nodules in the fornices and ovarian cyst.
I would do Complete blood count with ESR, urine analysis, vaginal swabs for culture and pelvic ultrasound. Ultrasound would help me find out if endometrial polyp or ovarian cyst are present.
My treatment plan will depend on the results of examination and investigations. If these do not provide any answer and if the pain persists, I would do laparoscopy to look for evidence of endometriosis. Rarely pelvic congestion can also cause such symptoms.
I hope this helps.

And my concern about ovarian cancer is that I was diagnosed with CIN 3 last September and have had a LEEP surgery. My 6 month 12/3/15 check up colposcopy and Pap smear were NORMal.
Urinary symptoms are most likely due to infection.

Hi Miss Christiane,
Welcome back to Healthcare Magic.
I do appreciate your concerns.
From your notes it appears that you probably have endometriosis. That must be causing the pain. The second most likely possibility is infection. Get the above mentioned investigations done. If the ultrasound is normal and swabs are negative take oral contraceptive pills. If the pain vanishes while on pills it indicates the possibility of endometriosis.
I cannot figure out why you are worrying so much about cancer ovary. You do not have any symptoms suggestive of cancer. Urinary symptoms are most likely due to infection. Get a pelvic ultrasound done. That will put you at ease.
I am happy to know that your six months follow up pap smear and colposcopy are normal. I advise you to be regular with those follow ups. This is extremely important.
I hope this helps.
