Brief Answer:
Shingles; oral valacyclovir and ibuprofen
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.
I have reviewed the image. I can see grouped vesicular lesions on an erythematous base. The rash is arranged in a stripe like pattern across one half of the torso. This presentation is classical of herpes zoster Or shingles
I suggest an oral antiviral e.g valacyclovir 1000mg three times a day for a week.
An oral antinflammatory/ analgesic e.g ibuprofen 400 mg tablets, twice or thrice daily for symptomatic relief from pain.
regards
