Additional information required
Detailed Answer:
Greetings
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us. Going through the history you have provided the bleeding which has started probably could be because of one of the reason mentioned below:
1. Clomid induced abnormal uterine bleeding: Clomid drug's one of the side effect is abnormal uterine bleeding. This could be the reason of this sudden bleeding.
2. Trauma following sexual intercourse: As you mentioned above there may be small vaginal tear because of abnormal or new sex position and this could be the reason.
3. Menstruation: Irregular cycles seen in PCOD, Endometriosis
I would like to know few more additional information:
1. Are your cycles regular? How many day cycle do you have?
2. What is the reason for Clomid therapy?
3. Did you ever have irregular bleeding like his one before?
4. Since how long are you on Clomid therapy?
5. You mentioned different sex position. If you are comfortable to share may I know what was this? Did it hurt you? Did you have pain in the genitalia or bleeding spots following sex?
6. Do you have any complaints of abdominal pain?
7. Do you have any urinary related complaints?
Do get back to me with the details, so that i can assist you on this.
Be assured things will be fine and can be taken care off.
Take care.

Clomid was given to me to make me ovulate (my 4 year old was conceived on clomid)
This is my first month on clomid
Sex position was from behind (doggy style) it didnt hurt and i did not see any blood afterward but during it hurt in my abdomen area some (it was around midnight)
No abdominal pain
And no urinary complications
Most likely Clomid induced
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the information.
Based on the information provided by you, it most likely appears to be Clomid induced abnormal bleeding. Continue with Clomid currently.
However, if the bleeding persists, or if you have clots etc.. I would advise you to discontinue Clomid. Clomid can be restarted from next cycle onwards.
Do keep me updated regarding the progress.
Take care.
