Brief Answer:
Might be due to High BMR

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the details.

After going through the details, I feel that the sense of high body heat is normal and could be due to high BMR(Basal metabolic rate). It is the rate of metabolism taking place in our body and heat is the byproduct of this. So, high BMR produces more of heat. It is commonly found in people and there is nothing to worried about.

Follow these measures which can help in reducing your body heat:
1. Get Thyroid profile test done. As thyroid hormones can alter the BMR of the body.
2. Drink plenty of fluids and keep yourself hydrated. Drink more of water, coconut water, butter milk.
3. Have more of cucumber, water melons, honeydew melon and mint leaves in mint juice.
4. Citric fruits like lemon juice contain vitamin C which has a role in reducing body heat.
5. Sesame seeds, fennel seeds, fenugrek seeds. Daily consumption of these will help.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
