Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about what you are experiencing. It is rather unfortunate that in attempt to build your muscles, you adopted an aggressive strategy that seems not to be very helpful but hurtful. This is not always the best approach to obtaining our desired results. I will suggest that you start these exercises with small weights and increase over successive sessions as the tolerance and resistance of your muscles buildup. Any instant aggressive measures would lead to excess muscle straining, muscle breakdown and its associated consequences that would not help with the muscle building process but make it more difficult to accomplish the goals.
For now, you need enough rest for the injured muscles to heal and return to a healthy state before you can continue exercises to develop them. Pain medications would offer relief but do not mean you should return to the gym as the absence of pain is not synonymous to healthy muscles. Should you do so, you would continue damage and even ore as there would be no ore pain to limit further aggression.
In all, do not use aggressive measures to build muscles. get enough rest and start over with smaller weights and more gentle increases.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Hi and thanks for following up with me.
If it is a medication that needs a prescription, then you can only obtain that from your primary care doctor.
For pains, I always like to start with a combination of Ibuprofen and paracetamol as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Also, diclofenac pommade to be applied twice daily would help ease the pain.
If this requires a more powerful pain medication, then you would need a prescription from your doctor and that is something that I cannot do.
I hope this helps. Let me know if there is something more you would like us to talk on about this just now.
