What Cause Light Bleeding After Intercourse?
Question: I had my normal five day period. Once it ended, I has intercourse with my husband. The next three days I had light bleeding that was a dark brown color. What could cause this?

There are many causes that can create this issue such as:
1.infection of your collum (cervicitis),but this issue is associated with other symptoms (lower abdominal pain,vaginal discharge)
2.residual endometrium(inner layer of uterus)contractionof your uterus during intercourse can cause spotting
3.vaginal trauma during intercourse
If spotting(light bleeding) repeats for another day ,or another time you have intercourse please get a pelvic examination and Pap smear if you havent done it ater one year of the last .
