Brief Answer:
Depression should be evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

Persistent low mood, stress at home etc could be symptoms of some depressive disorder. But you've mentioned that these symptoms are occurring while you reach home. This could be due to stress at workplace or some adjustment issue at home. This should be evaluated properly.

In both cases depression as well as adjustment disorder consultation and treatment by a psychiatrist is advised. Medicines like SSRIs are commonly used in such symptoms. Sertraline, Fluoxetine or Escitalopram etc are commonly used drugs. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription and evaluation. Take the drug therapy regularly and your symptoms will reduce in a couple of weeks. No need to worry.

Make a change in your life style also. Take diets rich in omega 3 fatty, proteins and low in fats. Exercise daily and sleep for at least 7 hours a day. This would help in improving your symptoms.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again
