Brief Answer:
It is due to infection of Testicle (Orchitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone Biopsy of the prostate for suspected cancer of the prostate and subsequently developed UTI,

It is common to develop UTI after Biopsy of the prostate .

The mild pain that you have in testicle is due to retrograde infection following UTI .

Continue taking antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

It should get resolved within 2 weeks .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
