Question: Hi, lately I've had uti like symptoms. But i only get a uti after sex and they go away in a couple of days. It's been a week now and started even though I hadn't had sex for a week or two prior to when it started. Now I have a lump on my clitoris that's quite painful. It's doesn't have a head or anything. Please help.
Brief Answer:
Get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
It will be helpful if you mention the symptoms which made you think that you are having UTI.
After reading your post, I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
You should get your urine examined for routine / microscopic and culture / sensitivity.
Also get your blood tested for complete blood count (CBC ).
Swelling of clitoris can be a soft tissue inflammation, which can be treated by anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid and an antibiotic.
I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
