Brief Answer: Get yourself clinically examined and investigated. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing your query. It will be helpful if you mention the symptoms which made you think that you are having UTI. After reading your post, I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated. You should get your urine examined for routine / microscopic and culture / sensitivity. Also get your blood tested for complete blood count (CBC ). Swelling of clitoris can be a soft tissue inflammation, which can be treated by anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid and an antibiotic. I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Thanks.
