Surgery about 5 years ago. We are at the beach and been in sun, but scar has not been exposed to sun. Scar has been inflamed since second day here.

- Consumption of tab. ibuprofen ( 400 ) mg 3 times a day after meals with
antacids preferably can help by its anti inflammatory action .
- Advisable to avoid further prolong indirect exposure at beach .
- Avoid tight fitting clothes .
- Consult your doctor once return to home for further assistance in terms of
necessary antibiotics , dressing or further management .
