Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
There are two possibilities for swelling in the tip of eyelid:
1. Stye which is bacterial infection of glands in the eyelids. This is more common and is easily treated with local application of medicines like tobramycin or ciprofloxacin , available as ointment . I usually recommend twice daily application for atleast a week.
2. Chalazion which is due to swelling if glands as result of obstruction. This may or maynot respond to tobramycin. But you can try it , no harm. If not improving will need further treatment like local injections , etc after consulting ophthalmologist.
Do send some pictures ( closeup ), let me try to identify which one it is, if possible.

Detailed Answer:
I have seen the pictures.
Looks like my first possibility : Stye.
You can apply ointment as I mentioned.
Apply both over the swelling and inside the eye too after sleep.
Should settle in 5 to 7 days
