Brief Answer:
I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the details from your past conversation.
Most likely etiology of toe walking with delayed developmental milestones is some neurological insult to the brain.
Here orthopedic surgeon does not has much role.Instead neurological/developmental assessment and then physiotherapy is needed.
I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician for proper evaluation and then management accordingly.
There are many pediatrician/pediatric neurologist in XXXXXXX but I know Dr. R.K.Sabharwal of Sir Gangaram hospital who is expert in child neurology.
He will further guide you for the physiotherapist if needed.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.

I am sorry for not being clear to you

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry for not being clear to you.I completely understand your concern.
The answer I provided was based on your past conversation where you have mentioned that he has delayed developmental milestones.
It was my fault.I should have asked the details;as the conversation history was very old(feb 2015).
I would like to know the detail history regarding his present motor and mental developmental milestones, your past visit with the pediatricians and any investigations like MRI/CT scan if done previously; so that I better able to help you out.

Its ok.
His activities are fine now as compared to feb condition.
Mentally he grasp things fast but he is small now then cannot say much about studies.
I also visited Dr. A.S Dubey in meeeut and he said he has short ankle and his ankle needs to be stretched by exercise. He further suggested to so operation in ankle which is a kind of z-shape cut. One important thing is Aarav not everytime stand on toes, he stand on toes only while walking and not in stand mode.
No, he hasn't undergone any MRI or CT scan because no doctor said to do that. Is that required?

Brief Answer:
Consult orthopedic surgeon'Dr XXXXXXX Bachani'

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

Toe walking in this age can be due to brain abnormality or local abnormality.
In your case it appears to be due to local abnormality a condition called congenital shortening of achilles tendon(as developmental milestone is normal and there is no neurological deficit).
Depending on the severity of the condition it may need surgical correction.
I would suggest you to consult Dr XXXXXXX Bachani,Malviya XXXXXXX XXXXXXX He is a very good orthopedic surgeon with expertise in pediatric orthopedics.

I hope this helps.
