What Causes A Cluster Of Itchy Bumps On The Skin?

Contact dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
I am sorry to hear that you are having a skin issue. This really sounds like you have a contact dermatitis problem. It could be exposure to poison ivy or other plant allergy. They usually start with a small area then enlarge and get blistery. To help dry up the lesions you can apply calamine lotion. To stop the itch you need a topical steroid like hydrocortisone. Sometimes though the OTC hydrocortisone is not powerful enough cream and you may need to see your medical provider for a more potent steroid. i usually use triamcinalone cream as it is a moderate potency steroid and works well for contact dermatitis and for insect bites. I wold recommend seeing your medical provider if the over the counter measures don't help.
