
What Causes A Dark Brown Patch On The Forehead Of An Infant?

Question: Dear Sir. My 18 month old girl baby has a dark brown patch on her forehead. it is one and half inch bigger. not growing. it developed after 14 days of birth. how tp get rid of that. is there laser or any cosmetic surgery. at what age she can undergo those. pls help me
