Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

Penis is composed of erectile tissue , the size increases when aroused by rise in blood flow filling up the spongy space. Penis attains its final adult size by 16-20 years of age. After which it does not increase. The size never decreases.
Decrease in size could be apparent due to problem with erection. At young age of 25 years there is unlikely to be any serious issue.

It would be very helpful if you could elaborate and provide me following additional information

1. What liver problem does he have?
2. Any investigation done so far?
3. During foreplay, is the penis hard?
4. Any difficulty in achieving erection?
5. Any difficulty while attempting vaginal insertion?

3 inch size Penis is quite sufficient and there is nothing to be worried about.

Do get back to me with the details

doctor,
1.A month back his sgpt and sgot levels were too high.now values of both parameters are normal.
2. 6 months before he consulted a urologist and he told this penis length (flaccid size) is enough for pleasurable sex
3. yes, it was
4. he told no
5. we had some make outs, he never inserted his penis.so i am not sure about that,
between he had undergone a surgery for hypospadias when he was in 1 std.so he is afraid that might be the cause for his shorter penis length

Brief Answer:
Three inch penis is sufficient

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms,

Isolated elevation of SGOT and SGPT is nothing to be worried about. Penis which is 3 inch, becomes hard is sufficient to have pleasurable sexual life. Previous Hypospadias Surgery is unlikely to affect size of adult Penis.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance.

Take Care
