Brief Answer:
Pathlab tests required to diagnose your problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

1. This decrease in semen volume could be the result of medications, particularly, those that cause an alpha blockade or those, that inadverdently cause alterations in serotinin levels.

2. Certain vices such as tobacco, and alcohol in particular cause loss of semen quality, (azoospermia) and quantity.

3. I recommend you to visit an pathologist, and get a semen analysis done. This will throw light on the matter. Pus cells, in particular indicate orchitis, an infection of the testicles. Though they normally appear in the semen, it is the quantity of these cells that determine illness or not.

4. Sexually transmitted infections can cause this issue.

5. The right medication to help you is determined by the test, so I request you to get the test done.

Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Investigations needed

Detailed Answer:
You need to get a semen analysis done. Apart from that a urinary analysis can be done as urinary tract infection can cause abdominal pain. Thus, a semen analysis is necessary to evaluate the problem, you may upload the reports here as well. Hope this answers your query.
