Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it seems to be either intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds or candidiasis which is a yeast infection.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be intertrigo
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply steroid cream like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These need to be continued for 2-3 weeks to resolve this condition.
The inflammation usually occurs at this site because of friction , humid and moist environment, in persons who are obese or have a lot of physical activity.
Besides this keep the area dry and maintain personal hygiene.
I hope this information helps you.
