I am not worried about anything, just speculating about possible causes. There are no other symptoms other than I did have a slight headache night before last when retiring for the evening. The sound has subsided and is only noticeable when I do something slightly strenuous and last for only a moment. I did notice it last night while reclining in the bed and the house was quiet.
I failed to tell you that I do take enlarged prostate medicine. I also have some allergy to dog and cat dander and we do have both indoors, so I do have some degree of sinusitis. I have noticed today that my left ear and eustachian tube seem to have a "full" feeling. I suspect, now, that I may have a bacterial infection of the eustachian tube

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are non-specific for aneurysm.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
Considering your further details,I am of the opinion that the symptom of 'blood coursing ( swhooshing ) in head' appears to be non-specific here, and should not be taken as a sign of aneurysm.Anxiety can also result in such symptoms.I suggest you to do some mental relaxation exercises(like meditation) regularly, and observe if the symptoms improve.
Prostate medicine should not be a cause of these symptoms. However, fullness in left ear and eustachian tube must be examined physically by an ENT specialist to look for evidence of an infection/pathology, so that proper management can be planned.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Dr. Panwar; Thank you for your opinions. They are valuable to me. I was once a Naval Aviator, so not much causes me anxiety. I consider myself to be very calm under all circumstances. The symptoms have diminished somewhat, but my left middle ear area still seems to have the "full" feeling, so I suspect the middle ear infection is the cause of all. I live a very healthy lifestyle so I expect my bodily defenses to repair the infection over time. Anyway, I will give it a few more days to see if the issues clear. Again, thank you.
Brief Answer:
Wish you a good health.
