no other. can sinus cause it ?
Yes I had heavy legs.

Usually sinus will not cause such heaviness until it is infected and involving frontal sinus.
You can continue vitamin B 12 injection but it is not related to head heaviness.
You can take amitryptiline for few weeks to get relief if no other danger features are present as mentioned above.
