What can I do?
Brief Answer:
Can be due to intake of certain foods, Clotrimazole cream & powder
Detailed Answer:
Yes it can be due to intake of certain foods like cheese.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily and apply clotrimazole dusting powder in the axilla 2-3 times in a day.
This should improve the rash as well as the foul smell.
