Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph though it's not clear.
I would recommend you to upload clearer pictures of the affected sites to have better idea of the condition so that I can guide you accordingly.
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the rash?
What are the sites affected?
Have you used anything new on the affected areas?
Are you taking any medicines?
Do you have any other ailment?
Kindly revert back with the answers as well as pictures.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Ok the rash is on my arms n a small area on chest been about a couple days i feel nothing at all just an itch an burning on the area ive tried nothingbon the area not on any medication
Brief Answer:
Seems to be allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
According to your history it seems to be an allergic reaction to something which has gone unnoticed.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply Cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and burnnig for 7-10 days.

Brief Answer:
Either eczema or sun sensitivity, on face acne vulgaris
Detailed Answer:
I have seen the photographs.
The rash on the arm, neck and face can be either patches of eczema or due to sun sensitivity.
Though few red and skin coloured bumps on the face seem to be acne.
