Brief Answer:
heart block and rhythm abnormalities should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

You are taking Labetalol which has beta blocking action leading to a low heart rate. Bradycardia is present as heart rate is below 60. It can occur with possible heart block and therefore a baseline ECG should be done primarily. 24 hour Holter ECG monitoring can be advised to confirm or rule out any suspected rhythm abnormality. Thyroid function tests should also be done.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
