What Causes A Lump In The Area Of Xiphoid Margin?
Question: My xiphoid process Gets bigger and harder when I am stressed or laying down on my back then when the stress goes away it feels normal , yet when I touch it feels wiered , I'm 32 years old male had problem with my stomach for some time (h pylori ) which is fine now , I don't have pain but it feels bad and by burping feels much better .

One needs to rule out abdominal hernia such can protrude.
Do get an upper GI Endoscopy done to confirm any gastritis and an ultrasound of the mass at the Xyphoid sternum.

No there is only the hard bone type thing which i can feel it now days , i dont know if its caused by wieght los or somthing else , when i take a ranitidine pils it feels beter , it only gives me anxiety when i touch it or try to examine it by touchin rather then that there is nothing .
