What Causes A Lump In The Scrotum Of The Left Testicle?
Question: I am 45 yrs old! I found a lump on my left testicle way down towards the bottom. It is near a cord like stucture. The lump is in my scrotum on my testicle. I have no pain or swelling or anything else.Quite obvious after searching the internet you hear about all of these horrible horror stories and I know that I feel somewhat outside the age limit I know that the lump intestine is on the lower one I'm a short individual and not told I don't really fall into any of the typical categories. But of course I'm still nervous.

The lump is in the lower portion of the testicle. Not up high. It is not in the cord stuctrue, seem like it is near it. Could a cyst grow on the testicle
