Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I understand this could be disturbing. However, I do not think you need to worry that much.

The first thing is, it is but normal that one of your testes appears bigger than the other. It is not rare or for one to notice this, maybe this is happening because you have recently paid lots of attention, not actually because of an objective increase in its size.

However, if it is actually bigger than the other, and you have the impression that the size is increasing with time, you might have to visit a doctor. A physical examination and a testicular ultrasound might be needed to know if there is fluid collection around the sac surrounding the testes or dilatation of the testicular veins. Rarely, testicular tumors could also lead to an increase in the size of the testes. It is unlikely this should be a common bacterial infection since you have no pain nor discharge. Rarely, testicular tuberculosis could present as such. These are rarer and a bit more unlikely in your case.

I am of the opinion that this should just be something normal, that you might not have paid attention to in the past. Not rare for testicular sizes to differ. But if you think it is really bigger than normal or one that one is growing or increasing in size, you might have to see your doctor.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
