Question : I was standing for 2 days all day helping my kids move. I didn't think I was lifting stuff too heavy, when I went to shower I had a bubble protruding by my private area. The next day still moving but on my feet but tried to set down more and it has went down but a little there still, could it be a hernia or my uteric falling

Bubble protruding from the private area which reduces on lying down and extends on standing or work is most likely to be a prolapse of the uterus.

Please approach a gynaecologist soon for this. Avoid lifting heavy weights and strenuous physical activities as it can make it worse.
