Question: Madam/ sir, I am a girl of age 26. I noticed a small pimple like shape(abt 3mm radius) with a thread like hole at its side below my vagina. It is not creating any problem for me but I am worried that can it be very serious disease like cancer or other life threatening disease????

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!

Thanks for consulting at HCM virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1. First of all do not panic.

2. It can be some perineal skin tag, or it can be a small perineal abscess.

3. You can apply local antiseptic cream twice a day for the time being. You can use Povidone Iodine or Chlorhexidine containing skin cream, your treating doctor can help you to get prescription for the same.
But I will suggest you to get a gynec check up done.

4. Please do not worry. It can not be a cancer at that place as per your description.

I hope this answer was helpful to you!
Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot.
Thank you and best regards!
