What Causes A Pinkish Growth With Rough Surface On Penis?

Question: I have this growth on my penis. It first appeared a few months ago as what looked like a piece of thin skin pointing up. I grabbed it and pulled a little to try to figure out what it was and ripped it off accidently. No it didn't feel good. Not too painful but I felt it. now it's grown back with a red bump. I don't know what it is.

I have taken note of your query and I have also reviewed the Image. I can see a pinkish growth with rough/ verrucous surface.

This is a wart. It is a viral infection cause by human papilloma virus/ Hpv.

I suggest either Radiofrequency cautery Or Freezing to get rid of it permanently
