here are the best pictures I could take. the redness of the rashes have subsided for the most part, I was more concerned with the swollen glands.

Thank you for the pictures.
It doesnt seem like any serious skin problem.
Looks like periporitis which is inflammation and infection of sweat glands.
Such infections often lead to swelling to surrounding lymph nodes.
I would generally recommend a course of oral antibiotic like cefadroxil 500mg twice a day for 5 days and application of antibiotic cream like Fusidic acid cream twice a day.
You can contunue to take ibuprofen to relieve any associated pain.
I am sure you will be fine soon with the above treatment.
