What Causes A Seed Shaped Spot On The Shaft Of The Penis?

Question: I have found a seed like shape inside the shaft of my penis. It does not hurt and I can take it out and it will just comw back. I had this problem for a few years.

Hi,

Since it does not hurt at all it looks a variation of the shapes on the penis. Most often due to vasculature and muscle of the shaft that gives so many shapes to it.
However if you can upload a picture of it from the feature that is there on the right side of this page it hwlps me better.
If you are able to pick it between fingers and throw it off then it could be dried smegma.

I checked pic. It looks like sebaceous cyst or Lichen nitidus. Both are flesh colored and 2 to 5 mm in size. They do not require any treatment. They should not be picked as well and tends to recur again.

They are from the oil producing glands of the skin. Please do not worry and do not require treatment.
