Hi. I've been having really bad yellow, smelly discharge from my genitals and I was researching online and smegma kept coming up. From a couple pictures I saw, it seems like that may be what's wrong but I was wondering if you could please tell me more and I am a male

It can be caused by unprotected sex (chlamydia), prostate infection, urinary tract infection and pyelonephritis (kidney pus). Test for prostate issues and report for further consultation.
