What Causes A Small Blood Clot In The Uterus?
It might be best to wait this month for the body to adjust and US reports
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HealthCareMagic.
I read your question carefully and I can understand your concern.
I am sorry for the results of ultrasound not finding an intrauterine pregnancy. Having a positive pregnancy test and not the development of the gestational sac in the uterus (the first finding of pregnancy in ultrasound) is quite often seen and most of the times no further special medical attention is needed.
In your case, because your doctor found in the ultrasound that your uterus is not yet in the normal condition it should be before receiving a conception then it would be reasonable to wait this time and see the results of the ultrasound in 2 weeks.
Very likely it will be normal and nothing to worry about 2 weeks but it is always best to be reassured. Your uterus should be healthy so that the conception implants wright and develops well.
I would recommend you to wait for this cycle and see how the ultrasound is. Also taking a while after this event for the body to get adjusted with the changes is advisable even if the ultrasound was normal.
When you plan to have a pregnancy please make sure you take the needed daily dose of folic acid at least till you get 13 weeks of pregnancy.
I hope this is helpful to you and answers to your question but please feel free to write if any more clarifications are needed.
I wish you well
Kind regards

Not major risks but higher risks for another chemical pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
The only thing that you might risk if you get pregnant soon, is another chemical pregnancy because if the uterus is not ready to accept the new pregnancy it might cause early abortion and you might be going again through the same thing.
It still might happen that you might develop a normal pregnancy but there is not a way to know but it is for sure that waiting for a while increases the chance for a healthy pregnancy in the near future meanwhile there does not seem to be a visible reason to rush.
I hope this is helpful and answers to your question but please feel free to ask for any concerns related to this.
Kind regards
