Seems to be contact dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic
I have reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be contact dermatitis.
Have you applied anything new on this area or worn any new garment?
I would recommend you to continue with triamcinolone cream and take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
It should resolve in 7-10 days.

I haven't tried anything new. I was worried that it was genital herpes outbreak so I took valtrex even though it didn't have any of my normal symptoms associated with that. it looked like a purplish blister with no surrounding redness and no pain. So I tried to pop it and nothing came out. Now it just looks like it's healing but there is still no pain and no crusting.
Brief Answer:
Don't think it is herpes genitalis
Detailed Answer:
I don't think it is genital herpes because it usually presents with multiple small blisters in groups which are associated with pain and burning.
Do you have history of genital herpes?
Is your partner having history of herpes genitalis?
