I have gone through your query.

Based on your description, it looks like sentinel pile.
It occurs due to Fissure in ano, a crack in the anus.
Another possibility is WART.
I would recommend you to visit your Surgeon and get examined clinically. You can post the picture of the same for better assessment.
Both these conditions are not dangerous.
Wart can be easily excised.
If it is sentinel pile, then you have to take plenty of liquids and high fiber diet. Avoid meat for few days and observation for 10 to 15 days with this measures will be helpful.
