Hi there i noticed it today no pain or swelling or anthing havent been sexually active for about 2 years
Brief Answer:
it might not be infective bump
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion as there is no pain ,redness infective cause of bump can be ruled out.
As you are not sexually active it might not be related to sexually transmitted infection.
So it might be a growth of tissue in that area.It might be a benign thing.
But definite diagnosis can be made by physical examination and if necessary biopsy of the bump might be advised.
And if necessary pelvic ultrasound or CT might be required to know the extent of growth definitely.
Its looking like benign growth like lipoma. It doesn't cause any symptoms and not harmful. But definite diagnosis can be made by above investigations.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.

its very small and moves freely
Brief Answer:
ibiopsy might help in diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion movable and small lump mostly it might go in favour of lipoma.
Lipoma is a benign tumour of fat tissue underlying the skin.It will be painless and harmless.
I suggest you to observe the swelling for a week for development of any signs like pain ,redness.
If they develop you might need a antibiotics course. And sitz bath might be helpful.
If no symptoms develop then the physical examination and biopsy must be needed for accurate diagnosis.
Dont worry.
